Reservation Terms & Policies:

All rates are in Thai Baht and are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Payment must be guaranteed by credit card.

Superior Room, Junior Suite, and Deluxe Suite allow 1 extra bed. Economy Room does not allow extra beds.

Online bookings are instantly confirmed, and a reservation number will be issued upon successful booking.

Reservations can also be made via email or official LINE account. After payment, an e-hotel voucher will be sent, which can be printed and presented at check-in.

Airport Transfer Rates (Suvarnabhumi Airport - Hotel):

Car (max 3 persons) @ THB 999 per way

Van (max 7 persons) @ THB 1,499 per way

Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation is allowed up to 3 days prior to arrival or by 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Late cancellations or no-show: charged 1 night.

During peak season, no-show will be charged 100% of total booking value.

Early Check-Out:

Early check-out is possible with reasonable cause, but a minimum charge of 1 night applies.

Refunds:

Refunds will be made via bank transfer or to the credit card used for payment.

An administration fee of 10% will be applied to the refunded amount.

Child Policy:

Children aged 4-11 years, sharing a room with parents without an extra bed, are charged THB 160 for breakfast.

Children aged 12 years or older require an extra bed at THB 800.

Breakfast :

Served from 07:00 - 11:30 AM.

For Room Only bookings, breakfast can be added at THB 160 per person.
